The workshop led by Teodora Kipa brought together the participants to explore the power of imagination, concentration, and adaptability through the joy of play. Designed to be both fun and transformative, the sessions introduced attendees to foundational theatre techniques in an immersive and interactive way, through a series of carefully crafted exercises that gave everyone the opportunity to step out of their comfort zones and discover new ways of expressing themselves.
By fostering a playful and purposeful environment, a space was created where creativity flourished, and participants left feeling inspired, and ready to embrace adaptability in their daily lives.
